Nice stay in VISA-mobile home; nice and big terraces with an excellent view to the mountains; restaurant had delicious burger(s) and pizza; pool was oke, sometimes crowdy, mainly in afternoon and would be good if the pools (slides and regular pool) could be combined. Shop on the camping was oke for little shopping, e.g. bread.

Great location, gorgeous view from the Taos accommodation but teenagers seem to hang out near the Taos Mobil homes- some smoking cannabis, my husbands sunglasses were stolen as well as my daughters blow up ring she bought from the front of our accommodation terrace, reception didn?t have a procedure or want to accept any responsibility for this theft or the smoking of drugs on the site.

Bonjour,
We completely understand that you did worry about your belongings, however, no other thefts were reported to us at the campsite and it seems very out of place for our campsite as we have not had anyone report any thefts this summer. However, no other troubles with teenager smoking cannabis were reported to reception. Our security officer has been made aware of this, but has not seen anyone smoking drugs near your location.
Concerning your Rayban glasses, you told us that you left your car window open. As there is no damage in your car and as we didn't personally witness the theft, we were unable to give you a statement. This would incur our liability, which cannot be called into question. In fact, no material damage could prove theft.
We therefore invited you to lodge a complaint with the local gendarmerie if you thought that this theft is reimbursable by your insurance.
We are nevertheless pleased to hear that you liked your location and we hope you enjoyed your two weeks stay in a Taos 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom.

Perfect located camp site, very nice and helpful reception staff, beautiful mobile home with an amazing view, lots of things to do in the area. Only thing is that we lost the sun already around 6pm due to the mountain, but other than that we had a great time!

As always my stay at Fontaines was excellent. Shame the weather didn't behave. I wasn't able to shut my curtains properly as all the snappers were missing or broke but didn't impede my stay too much. The light in the other room wasn't working but I didn't find out until my last day so didn't bother me too much. The communal toilets were nearly all either blocked or unable to be flushed so that was a little disappointing and they smelt a bit but you expect as much when using communal facilities. The park overall was excellent as always (use to come every year for family holidays)

Arrived and shown a lodge with the dishwasher and hob plate missing. Had to raise both as an issue. Dishwasher was apparently being fixed and plate fitted straight away. Later that day we discovered a boiler fault and we had no hot water. We were moved to a different van but we can?t understand why this wasn?t all picked up upon and why we were allocated that van when there were clearly problems. Did ask for compensation as it was a lot of going back and too but nothing offered. Site didn?t feel quite ready, grass areas full or weeds and only cut a few days into the holiday. The entry to the pool was covered with black plastic and held down by slippy white planks - my daughter when flying a cut herself! It?s a shame as had really high expectations and the site/staff were lovely but to be allocated a van with so many problems and so many areas not quite finished, I did feel disappointed.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We are sorry for the problems you encountered during your stay. Your feedback is invaluable to us and helps us to improve our services.
We understand your frustration regarding the problems encountered in the initial mobile home and this is why we changed you to another rental on the same day. In fact, the service provider who was supposed to repair the dishwasher was 2 days late for your arrival. To compensate for these two days, we offered you a commercial gesture. But as you were given another mobile home with an operational dishwasher within hours of your arrival, the refund was not considered useful.
It is regrettable that these incidents negatively affected your stay.
We apologize for the access to the swimming pool which requires a cover at the moment. The new lining could not be completed and we are making every effort to have it finished as soon as possible.
We hope to have the opportunity to regain your trust during a future stay and to offer you the quality of service you have come to expect.
